Adventure World is a family-friendly amusement park located on the Airport Bypass Road, around 8 km from Sylhet city. It is a nice place to spend a few hours, especially if you are travelling with children.
The park is surrounded by greenery and tea gardens, so it feels quite different from a typical city amusement park.

Adventure World is on the Airport Bypass Road near Salutikor, around 8 km from central Sylhet.
By CNG/auto-rickshaw:
This is one of the easiest options from Sylhet city. Tell the driver you want to go to Adventure World on the Airport Bypass/Salutikor Road. A government tourism listing gives a typical CNG fare of around 150–200 Taka from Sylhet city. It is best to agree the fare before starting the journey.
By local bus:
You can take a local bus heading towards the Salutikor/Companiganj side and get off near the park. Recent travel information puts the bus fare at roughly 20–30 Taka, although fares and routes can change.
By taxi or private car:
A taxi or private car is more convenient if you are travelling as a family or group. The journey from central Sylhet is generally around 15–30 minutes, depending on traffic and where you start. There is parking available at the park.
Outside food is generally not allowed inside the park. There are food stalls and places to eat within the park, so you can buy food and drinks once you are inside.
If you want a quieter visit, try going on a weekday morning or early afternoon. Weekends and Friday can be busier, particularly when local families visit.
The cooler months are also more comfortable for spending time outdoors. If you are visiting during the hotter months, going earlier in the day can make the experience more pleasant.
Adventure World is best thought of as a relaxed family amusement park rather than a major theme park. It is particularly suitable for families with children and people who want to enjoy a few rides, walk around a green environment and spend a few hours outside.
Some of the rides are older, and not every attraction may be operating every day. So, if you are expecting large modern roller coasters and high-thrill attractions, you may find the park fairly simple.
For families visiting Sylhet, however, it can still be a fun and affordable place to spend an afternoon or evening – especially because of its location among the greenery and near the tea gardens.
