Location and management enquiries

Location: Chowhatta, Sylhet, Bangladesh.

The centre’s website publishes 01627 360459 and 02 996631121 for contact, with admin@manrushoppingcity.com as its email address.

For a particular purchase, speak to the retailer directly where possible. Management contact details are more useful for locating a shop or asking about the building.

Find the right shop

The existing directory listing describes clothing, fashion and accessory outlets within the complex. The businesses operating here can change, so check that your intended shop still trades at Manru before making a special journey.

Ask for the shop name, floor and unit number. If you have a specific item in mind, confirm its size, model or availability first. This is particularly helpful for visitors with limited time in Sylhet.

Practical shopping tips

• Check the individual shop’s opening hours, weekly closure and holiday schedule.
• Compare quality and the complete price before buying.
• Ask about exchanges, refunds and any warranty before payment.
• Keep an itemised receipt with the retailer’s contact details.
• Check accepted payment methods and whether delivery is available.

For clothing, confirm measurements and alteration arrangements. For electronics or accessories, check compatibility and what is included in the box. Each retailer sets its own sales and after-sales terms.

If travelling with someone who needs step-free access, ask about the entrance, lifts and the floor of your intended shop before visiting.
