Al Hamra Shopping City is a shopping complex in the Zindabazar area of Sylhet. Its central location makes it a convenient place to browse several independent shops during a visit to the city centre.
The complex is listed in Zindabazar, around Zindabazar–Bondarbazar Road, Sylhet. If you are visiting a particular retailer, ask for its shop number and floor as well as the name of the shopping complex. Businesses inside the building may have different opening times and contact arrangements.
Al Hamra also houses non-retail businesses. For example, The IT Aid publishes its training-campus address at Al Hamra Shopping City. Confirm the floor with the business you plan to visit rather than assuming every service is on the main shopping levels.
The existing directory information describes clothing, jewellery, cosmetics, accessories and electronics among the products associated with the complex. Treat this as a general guide, as tenants, stock and individual shop ranges can change. If you need a specific item, contacting the retailer first will save time.
For clothing, check the fit, fabric and alteration arrangements. For electronics, confirm the model, included accessories and warranty provider. When buying jewellery or higher-value goods, ask for clear product details and an itemised receipt. The terms offered by one shop do not necessarily apply to another.
Look at product quality, the final price and the retailer’s exchange or returns policy together. Ask about those terms before paying, particularly when shopping for gifts or taking purchases abroad.
Allow time to find the correct floor and compare shops. Ask the retailer about opening days, payment methods and access if you need a lift or step-free route; these facilities have not been independently confirmed here. If you are arranging a vehicle pickup, agree a clear nearby meeting point rather than relying only on the complex name.
It is in the Zindabazar area of central Sylhet. Ask for the shop number and floor when visiting a specific business.
Not necessarily. Confirm the schedule with the individual retailer, especially on holidays or before an evening visit.
Pricing is set by individual shops. Ask politely about the final price and any available offer, and check the receipt and exchange terms before completing a purchase.

Updated 12 October 2026. The location is retained from the directory and cross-checked through businesses publishing an Al Hamra address. Retail ranges and facilities should be confirmed with individual shops.
