Kothay Jaben publishes car, microbus and tourist-bus rental options in Sylhet. Its online enquiry system asks for your passenger count, dates, pickup point and destination, making it useful for discussing a specific journey.
The business website lists 04 Kolbakhani, Chashnipir Mazar Gate, Electric Supply Road, Shahi Eidgah, Sylhet. Its published phone is 01767-228877, with email kothayjaben@gmail.com.
Some third-party directories retain different office addresses. This listing uses the company’s own published address, but confirm the current office or pickup point with the team before travelling.
The Kothay Jaben website advertises cars, Noah, HiAce, Grand Cabin and tourist buses. It also describes wedding transport, daily or longer hire periods and help planning tours. These are published categories rather than a live fleet-availability report.
For group travel, ask about the actual vehicle’s seating and luggage space, air conditioning and driver arrangements. A larger vehicle may suit a group better than several smaller cars, but check the pickup route and accessibility needs before making that decision.
Provide the travel date, start time, number of passengers and every planned stop. For a sightseeing trip, ask whether the quote includes waiting while you visit an attraction and when the return journey must begin. If you need a particular vehicle, request written confirmation of the model or agreed category.
For wedding or event transport, explain the timings and whether several pickups are required. Ask about decoration arrangements and any extra charges. The provider also publishes tour-planning information, but do not assume attraction admission, meals, accommodation or a tourist guide are included in a vehicle quote.
Check fuel, driver costs, tolls, parking, waiting and overnight expenses. Ask for the total price and the booking, deposit and cancellation conditions before paying. Keep the confirmation and contact number handy, and reconfirm pickup details close to the journey.
The website lists cars, Noah, HiAce, Grand Cabin vehicles and tourist buses. Ask about availability and the capacity of the actual vehicle.
It uses the company website’s Shahi Eidgah address on Electric Supply Road. Confirm it directly, as older directory addresses differ.
A guide should not be assumed to be included. Ask the provider for its inclusions, or contact WebSylhet separately about a vetted English-speaking guide.
Browse our rent-a-car directory, read the Jaflong visitor guide or use the Sylhet tourism guide to plan your itinerary.
For help arranging sightseeing with a vetted English-speaking tourist guide, use WebSylhet’s visitor enquiry form. This is a separate WebSylhet service; guide availability is not assumed to be included in the rental company’s price. No upfront payment is required to send an enquiry.
Added 12 October 2026 using the company’s published website. Confirm current vehicle availability, address and prices directly.
