Outdoor activities and swimming

The official packages page lists kayaking, archery, boating, treetop activities, zipline and a bike-over-water activity. It lists swimming separately from the half-day activity package, so do not assume pool access is included in every ticket.

Ask which activities are operating on your chosen date, whether an instructor or guide is included, and what age, height or participation restrictions apply. Availability may depend on operating conditions and the package booked.

Day visits and packages

The venue’s booking guidance asks day visitors to call first to check that it is open. Confirm your package directly, including entry, meals or snacks, swimming time and any additional activity charges.

We recommend requesting a current quote rather than relying on an older advertised offer. For a group, ask about advance booking, the required deposit and cancellation arrangements before making travel plans.

What to check before travelling

• Opening arrangements and your arrival time.
• Which activities and pool access your ticket includes.
• Suitable clothing, footwear and swimming requirements.
• Children’s participation rules and supervision.
• The current location pin and parking arrangements.
